About Team Training New England
Since 2004, Team Training New England (TTNE) has been preparing and empowering women – from the novice to the more experienced athlete –to compete in sprint distance triathlons and other challenging events.
Team Training New England’s goal is to help women experience the benefits of incorporating fitness and training into their already busy and full lives. Setting goals, meeting and training with like-minded women for a specific event creates an incredible atmosphere of camaraderie and support. This experience is life-changing not only for the individual athlete, but for everyone in their lives!
We began as an informal group of 20 female friends and family members, TTNE has grown into a large network of like-minded women who have successfully completed at least one triathlon (many have gone on to do more). Once these women have been “bitten by the TRI bug” there is no stopping them. Feeling strong and fit is their motivation to keep working.
Program Offerings:
8 and 12 Week Training Programs:
These programs (spring/summer) meets twice per week and prepare women for a mid-summer triathlon. Includes:
- Triathlon basics – transitions, gear, race day preparation
- Open water swim coaching
- Cycling workshops
- Running skills
- Nutrition
- Injury prevention
- Vendor discounts and more…
One Day Mini-Tri and Open Water Clinics

Private, One Day & Corporate Programs
We offer fully customized triathlon training programs that can fit your specific athletic needs, schedules and training goals.
We can craft a 3-hour “Triathlon 101” class or a 3-week “tune-up” program. Let us know your needs and we can devise a regimen just for you.
