Our co-ed Multi-Week Training Programs span the spring and summer of 2015 and meet twice per week on Wednesday evenings (6:30-8:00 p.m.) and Saturday mornings (7:00-9:00 a.m.) to prepare athletes for the mid-summer triathlon season.

Our programs offer the following key components:

2015  Program Offerings

Fee: $325 (does not include race fee)

Group training begins Wednesday, May 27, 2015.

Ideal for:  This is the best choice for anyone who is interested in dipping their toe into the world of triathlons or someone who wants to train in a group setting. Over 10 weeks, you will train at a gradual level in order to prepare for a mid-summer sprint distance triathlon.

  • 12 week online training program
  • Two group training sessions per week for 10 weeks
  • Access to coaches at training sessions or through email

Group training begins Wednesday, May 27, 2015.
Ideal for:  This training program is geared towards athletes who have trained with TTNE in the past.  This motivated triathlete has participated in at least 2-3 sprint triathlons in the past 12-24 months.  This athlete is looking for the experience of training with a group, meeting like-minded athletes but is comfortable enough to train the longer distances on his or her own.  All group workout sessions will be geared for the Sprint training groups.  When you need to make your workout longer, you can start with the group and continue with another “Olympic distance” athlete or on your own.

Goal Race Dates:
Our team goal race for the Sprint Distance will be on August 2, 2015. There are two race choices depending on what works best of you.

*TTNE coaches and Workout Leaders may not be present at these races.  Please let us know if we can help you identify another race and/or location that may better fit your schedule.

These GROUP sessions are included in the SPRINT OR OLYMPIC 10 week training from May 27 – July 29.
All workouts meet on Wednesday (6:30-8:00 p.m.) and Saturdays (7:00-9:00 a.m.), unless noted, from May 27-July 29.

Ideal forAnyone who wants to start their training season earlier, especially useful if you are concerned that your fitness level needs a jump start. Anyone who has previously completed a sprint triathlon or whose schedule won’t allow them to attend all of the planned group training sessions. Anyone who has trained with us in the past.  Anyone who hasn’t trained with us in the past.  Frankly, anyone!

This is the best option if you are looking for the occasional group workout, a well-planned, safe group bike ride or want to get non-race, open-water swim practices. This is also a perfect opportunity to test out your gear and transition strategies during our mini-triathlon workout.  Additionally, this a great chance to make friends and meet workout buddies for the season.

There are 19 available drop-in sessions during the training program from May 27 – July 29.

: $25 per single session.
Athletes have the opportunity to purchase single or multiple workout sessions to any workout we offer.

Private, One Day & Corporate Program
We offer fully customized triathlon training programs that can fit your specific athletic needs, schedules and training goals.

We can craft a 3-hour “Triathlon 101” class or a 3-week “tune-up” program.  Let us know your needs and we can devise a regimen just for you.

We will refund your money at any time for any reason upon written request.  Our policy is to pro-rate your training program minus a 10% administrative fee. You may also transfer your registration to another TTNE program with coach approval.

Single or multiple drop-in sessions are NON-REFUNDABLE.  However, if you get injured or no longer have any interest or need, you may transfer the remaining sessions to another person with written advance notice. We ask that you please not take advantage and purchase a multi-pack and share it with another person. These drop in sessions are priced very fairly. All drop-in sessions will expire at the end of the calendar year in which they were purchased.
